in a fit of emotional stress, i hacked off my hair last night.
it's really choppy and uneven.
but that's what you'd expect when you use sewing scissors....
however, if i curl the snot out of it, and use super-mega-hold-never-comes-out-until-you-are-dead hairspray, it seems to be okay.
okay enough, at least, to keep until i can get into a salon and get some layers in it.

You have a tendancy to do these things over & over again. You just need to admit that short hair totally fits you. I've always loved it.
Oooh! Speaking of hacking off hair in fits of emotional distress: have you seen that YouTube video of the psycho bride who comes back from the salon & starts chopping off her curls? It's awesome, scary but awesome. Her dear bridesmaids just look on & shrugh their shoulders as they down the champagne.
Personally, that's the real reason bridesmaids were invented, to stop the bride from doing all sorts of stupid things. Kind of like pre-wedding bodyguards with ugly dresses.
I think it's the look you've got on your face that really makes these pictures. It's the "Don't mess with me or I'll cut your hair off too" look.
Okay. I won't mess with you.
p.s. you look good no matter what haircut you have.
Chris said he knows a girl who did the same thing--except she was DRUNK at the time. ..
I think your hair looks so cute, by the way ;)
I am sorry that you did it due to an emotional fit sweetie, but it does look cute.... Miss ya!

I like it! My mom used to cut my hair with pinking shears. My bangs started from the crown of my head and were crooked and zig-zagged. I'm just saying, it could be worse! :)
You are always beautiful! Not to be cheesy! You have the most beautiful hair! I am loosing all mine. :) Don't you love post pregnancy hair loss?
