My love went back to work yesterday, after a month at home with me and the boys.
I survived it - I even accomplished a few chores, besides doing homeschool and letting the boys get out to swim for an hour (it was 95 degrees yesterday!). He did have to run out at 9:30 last night for me though.
Because we were completely out of diapers. But hey, so far so good.
Now, if I can get more than two showers a week we'll have some real progress!

How is it that showers for mom are always the thing that "goes"? I agree with all the "ooh"s and "aah"s. He's so cute!

Sounds like you are doing amazingly well. You need a nickname like the "Pioneer Woman" has. What should it be...Westside Mama??? That sounds kind of gang related. I'll have to keep thinking.

Amazing and it must be really strange to be husband-less during the day now. (Not looking forward to it myself)
