Connor informed me yesterday after school that, because he has to go to church on Sunday, and he only has one day "off" every week, he needs me to tell his teacher that he should have two days off of school every week.
He was dead serious. He did not appreciate my laughter very much, either.

good for connor! you know, the europeans have much more generous 'holidays' than we americans. it's that darned puritanical work ethic - which somehow doesn't correlate with our nation's obesity ratings.
